I live in Miami, and I personally don't think it should have a base tax of 1. I haven't really been to the high tax places like the coasts but we border the Great Lakes. Come on!

Actually, it's weird English grammar that doesn't have formal/informal/gendered nouns any more.
I've got 2 saves I'm alternating between at the moment, Milan on the Whole World Mod (nearly wrapped up that campaign, only have about another century to go), and I've started Bavaria on Divine Wind over the last few days, that's still early days yet.
