It's the preferred size of the vehicle for that particular run. In English, it's S for small, M for medium and L for large; I guess you're not playing the English version, so I can't help you with what's P and what's G, but you'll know that.
By default, night runs use small vehicles and rush hours runs use large vehicles, but you can set whatever you prefer using the option in the top left corner of the schedule window. Also, weekdays and weekends don't have any preferred size, that's why most hours in your timetables have no special letter.
Also, since it's "preferred", it means that if no vehicles of that size are available, the game will just send whatever's in the depot. If you buy all vehicles of the same size, you can safely ignore the setting.

other question : how can i see the benefits of each line of bus or tram for exemple? because i can see the benefits and charge of each kind of vehicule but what i want to see is the benefits and charge of bus line 1 , bus line 2, 3 etc....

You need to enter each line. Easiest way to do it is to open the line manager in the bottom right toolline, and go through all the lines from there.
