Now before you answer, i'm quite noob at the game as it were, i'm still trying to figure all the settings but, i'm curious to know what your vassals do all game, they don't have personal retinues like they did in shogun 2 i'm curious to know if theres a certain law i need to enact in order to allow them to have, or do i have to manually raise and lower there levys?? But besides that idk the point of vassals, i'm playing as the king of Hungary and all they do is sit there and barely upgrade anything.
