With the announcement that EA no longer have exclusive rights to the Star Wars Licence the next Grand Strategy game from paradox will be a Star Wars game

Very unlikely. Paradox already has its own branded IP that it has developed plus all off the WW Publishing IP. Very little reason to give Disney a chest full of gold just to make a game that does not fit your normal development style as is.

I am very curious as to what Rod Humble is up to at Tectonic (life simulator? colony management sim?), but I doubt it's a grand strategy game.
I hope for Vicky 3, but I'm prepared for that title to never appear at this point.
