Let's brainstorm, in lieu of having anything better to do haha.
Would an aquatic robotic construct need any type of a heavy metallic frame/infrastructure? Would the labour needs of an aquatic species rely on artificial strength, or an ability to withstand higher pressures (under the assumption that the dominant species did not evolve on the bottom, and needs something to go mine the bottom without exploding their own brains... Would an aquatic robot just be able to inflate and float stuff to varying degrees? Would its propulsion mimic naturally-evolved options and its creators, or...?
Share your concepts, for fun. Also share your predictions on what PDX will do with them
I bet on something tentacled and octopus-like.
