Well the stack doesnt control a fort, and the ai will not engage because it is smaller in sieze, but will desiege if the rebel stack moves.

And it won't move because that is the only province with that type of rebel, so it will sit there until the end of time?

Well rebels are broken, plus with the way ai deals with them, those stacks can live a long time, the worst rebel spam though is denmarks sucession crisis with the nobel revolt, Even as Poland I had looses against those random stacks going around the baltic sea, a sight to behold.

Jeebus, the Denmark rebels are ridiculous. All game, hordes of peasants and nobles just traipsing around the Baltic, and when they bump into one of your or your vassals drilling stacks it's battle time. Stupid mechanic.

Even worse for the AI OPM minding their own business who suddenly get stackwiped by a bunch of danish rebels going for the leisury walk accross the sea.
