What do late-game egalitarian empires do with unemployed robotic pops on full planets?

It depends on what the stance on AI is - if these robotic pops are synths, the same as everyone else. Try to find a good job for them, and/or put them on utopian abundance/social welfare otherwise so they don't at least cause stability issues. Synthetics do move on their own if given full citizen rights like regular pops (last I looked), and if they're in servitude you can move them around regardless of your regular resettlement policy.

Really though I have to ask, how do you run out of jobs for your pops to work? Perhaps I've gotten a bit out of touch, but between Ecumenopolis planets, Habitats, and Ringworlds, there should be too many rather than too few jobs.

It usually comes up with habitats. I will have to double check, but I am fairly sure I couldn't give migration rights to synthetics either. :(
