In single player games there will probably be countries that are not that interesting to play (not challenging enough).
Let's face it: playing GB in SP Victoria is probably going to be like playing France in SP EU2, only more so. Your country will be so immensely rich and powerful that it's going to able have it's way almost every time.
That's why I only played France once in EU2, after that it was usually something like Algeria, Prussia, Golden Horde or Morocco. These are still fun to play. I have a soft spot for the underdogs.
So, the chances are that I won't be playing GB or Russia in SP after I've learned to master the system.
