Just a quick questions that I'm sure someone must know the answer to but I can't find in any wikis or frequent googling - What causes and what removes the two province maluses for Local Death Cult and Temple Corruption for Indian rulers?
I have managed to mod out the religious unrest problems to remove the constant revolts, but now I still have these huge penalties to my province income which is a major problem for my fledgling empire - If my vassals don't have money they can't ever give me more troops.
Over in the west (where most of my experience is) when you get these kinds of problems in a province it'll say 'Due to the liege's low martial stat you now have bandits' so it's clear what causes the problems and how to fix them. Other debuffs arrive from events, but they have expiration dates. These two events in India have neither. I know you can solve at least the Death Cult one because I had one in my demanse and eventually I got an event saying that something (I don't know what) caused the death cult to be less deathy than previous.
I've heard suggestions it's related to religious authority but my RA is 78 and has never been below 70. It just... It's confusing and any help would be appreciated.
