Here's a list of everything they've announced thus far. I'm not gonna speculate about anything else that might be mentioned. What are you most excited about?

Map changes
Added mission trees
More events
Mercenary changes
Estate changes
QoL changes
Custom nation changes
4k and UI scaling
HRE changes
Papacy/Catholicism changes
Balkanization of France
Trade node changes
French Revolution changes
Hegemony mechanic
Territorial corruption -> Governing Capacity
Trade company changes
Naval combat changes + Marines
New government reforms

I'm sure I missed a whole bunch of things.

For me I'm most excited about QoL changes - there's too many to easily name, so I think that'll be the most notable thing when playing. Then the changes to estates and mercenaries are what I'm most excited about. I'm also keen to try an actual HRE game or France game, since I've never played either of those before and it seems like it'll be more interesting.

Honestly there's nothing I dislike from what they've announced. There's things I don't particularly care about, but nothing I dislike. I'm super excited about these main things though.

So far the expansive mission trees, and new goverments reforms are the most interesting. The quality of life changes are also welcome. I am unsure about government capacity, but I will wait and see.

Actually, the mission trees. Looking forward to playing a Provence game, fullfilling the mission tree with unions on basically everyone and then form France to get another expansive mission tree.

The changes to corruption and trade companies have me cautiously optimistic. Maybe it'll be finally worth it to play in Asia and not feel like you have to move your capital asap. Especially you can now as Japan form Trade Companies in Asia.

Also the government changes have me enthusiastic. More posibilities = better strategy game. Japanese space marines will finally be a thing again because of this.

Also, hordes will probably be OP with the new tier 5 government reform of +33% razing gains.

Estate changes - if I had to pick a single one, It'd be this one. Don't think it's been covered by a dev diary yet though so that's all I can say on it :p

Honourable mentions:
Governing Capacity/Mercenary changes - pretty big ones
Map changes - HRE is a whole different beast now

To be perfectly honest, nothing really catches my interest. Some things like Revolution or Estates could be really cool, but it's unclear for now how well they actually work. I can't say I am excited about any other thing, even if some of them are welcome.

Everything except the "create heir out of magic dust" button. This patch is looking up to be great so far. The feature I am most excited about are the government reforms.

I am not a fan of restricting defender of the faith to number of follower nations either...but I'll reserve my opinion on it and see how it works first.
