What are the rules for video AARs?

I've seen several video AARs, such as Battlepope 3000 - Miltarist Papal State in Mare Nostrum. I've been thinking about doing a video AAR, but I know the forum rules say no external links. So, what are the rules regarding video AARs?

On the same subject, I've seen some video AAR creators put a link to their YouTube channel in their signature. What are the rules surrounding that?

The rule of them is if you link it should be to a video, not a channel or playlist. It is preferred by the staff that you embed the videos rather than linking to them.

People with links to channels (in sigs or elsewhere) need to remove them.
