OK the title may be a bit weird.... but trying to analyse pop's issues, and when I open up the POP's status from save file I see pop's issue's like this:
so I see they're kinda issue ids(free trade, pro/anti slavery, pacifism, jingoism, etc.), and there are up to 73 of them, but what are them by the numbers?
e.g. 1 is interventionism, 2 is protectionism(probably not, just stating examples)
I thought of checking each POP's status from the game and try and match each of their issue percentages but thought maybe there's a better way to find them. is there any list written I can check?
and P.S. whats that random on the end for? maybe random checksum for inner calculation? :S
