Somehow stumbled my way into a psionics ascension game without the Zroni precursor. The Zroni precursor has seriously spoiled me in terms of zro access, it gives far more zro than you'd ever know what to do with. In my current game, having scanned about 50% of the galaxy or viewing neighboring territories, I don't see a SINGLE deposit.

WHAT. THE. FUDGE. I seem to recall getting at least 1-3 separate deposits within reach in previous, non-psionics games, but nope, not this time. So am I SOoL and gonna have to abuse the market?

I read there's an anomaly that can appear on gas giants, but it requires the zro distillery technology to even trigger. Which is really stupid, imo, since by then (tier 3 rare tech) nobody's going to be surveying anymore.

In my opinion, zro should be given more applications and there should always be at LEAST one guaranteed system with it in every galaxy. For example, a planet with a unique modifier, a Dune like planet, which is what I think partially inspired zro in the game. Or maybe make it a unique feature/resource which can only appear on desert worlds, to drive that Dune reference home. Would literally give spiritualist empires reason to go DEUS VAULT across the galaxy.

I would love a completely OP propulsion drive, that uses a unique resource. Like a galaxy-wide jump drive that costs 500 zro per jump or somethin. Or scales to distance, then takes a long time to warm up and cool down. can be in the form of a megastructure as well, a wormhole projector.

Dune-like planets ftw.

That would be excellent.

As for your question, I usually find zro clustered in 3 relatively close systems on the galactic edge. I think. I seem to notice it like that.
