For the last revolt nation to rise will be placed in East Asia. The idea is that past the fall of Soviet Union other nations will rise. Some of those nations could be the Fare east Republic or perhaps more of a federation. It will claim all of Primorsk and can be somewhat of a challenge to Siberia when it gets fully united.
