I have the current Vic:Rev 2.01 + VIP:R 0.1 + VIP:R 0.2 + VIP:R 0.2 Hotfix 1 set up I believe and I'm unclear as to what is the accurate requirements for civilizing an unciv. I'm sure I read that the military cost was lowered to 6, so it would be appreciated to get this sorted out.

Exactly. And now military score is often secondary issue behind techs if you start from real scratch. Acquiring techs is reaaaaally tough job. Certainly, IMHO, much tougher than 6 military score.RELee said:
