I just love the type of games collosal order is making . As a long time oppressed city builder/tycoon/transport sim genre loving person , I would like to ask , what are some of the other games that collosal order might be interested in the future . What are their favorite games and inspirations.

I would love them to make something around transport tycoon/ industry giant genre .

I would love to have a city builder that focuses on underground cities. Say a scenario where life on earths surface becomes impossible due to some catastrophic event, but instead of going into space humans went underground. It would be an interesting challenge getting food, water, power much less materials to build and maintain an underground metropolis.

Personally, I'd like an Industry Tycoon game that starts in the mid 1800's to the present day with basic to complicated production chains.

An updated Industry Giant II that allows for single player, multiplayer on the same map or indeed interconnected online regions

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 3.

Just do it in the style of KOTOR 1&2. Don't give a shit about the graphics. Hire some talented passionate writers for the dialog and outsource some voice over to some kind of voice acting firm who do it for you. Just steal the compat system that was already in the games and just do minor polish and rework of skills and talents.

Honestly I'm more engaged in Kotor 1 today than I am playing Dragon Age Origins. Graphics don't mean shit. Especially when there's no good linear narrative and too few interesting conversations to make stuff you do matter.

With the map generator and engine of CO games you could make a farm simulator game. Instead of laying in roads you could lay fencelines and farm cows and horses instead of sims.

While I'm sure that's a worthy project, I'm not sure that's really related to the citybuilder genre?

But I am eager (for less than selfless reasons) to know what the devs/CO might be interested in themselves. *shrugs* Who knows- maybe they nourish a burning, unrequited passion for Q*bert in their spare time.
