From what I recall, CA have a pretty decent HP bonus compared to other hull types, so I'd guess they should be pretty good against Disrupter / Arc Emitter fleets? This should become even more pronounced once repeatables kick in and make those weapon types more attractive (given that there is no repeatable for HP).
