I feel like there's internal flags that are not shown to you, like with Freelancer, where you have to earn x amount of money or get to x amount of time for the next Priority Mission to spawn.
What am I supposed to do after the tutorial?

Too bad it did not work for you, admin, win 7 compatibility and playing windowed with scaled down resolution did it for me. Might be different for another game version though, I am using GOG (probably the last time I get PDX game from there) and just found out after I uninstalled GOG galaxy that I can actually save in the tutorial missions too! And I tried restarting campaign with my settings back to previous state (fullscreen, 1080p) and the cutscenes did play so no longer stuck without UI! No idea whether I should blame GOG, the game or both but so far so good!
Where is the tutorial? I started the campaign and whatever it is doing sure doesn't feel like a tutorial...it is just like a normal campaign in any other game.
