ps... whats the easiest way to raise money.
how do you arrange a marriage with another head of state ie.. france etc.

Banishing someone is without a doubt the "easiest" way to earn money, but certainly not the safest.

If you have a vassal who is going to rebel, the intrigue screen will list him, and you can hover over the percentage and it will tell you why.

If they're just randomly "rebelling" it could be a result of plots. Make sure you have a good spymaster.

In general, you get money from a) your own holdings and b) keeping your vassals happy.

To arrange a marriage with any other character (not just a head of state) click on that character and use the "arrange marriage" button.
