I'm playing as germany in VIP 0.3 Patch version v1.03b. My Problem is it's 1897 and i have all army techs that i can possibly get (20 of them) but my army morale is still just 69. I took a look on a civilized Japan and saw them have an army morale of 104. Shocked, I load the game as Japan and saw them had 20 army techs but and the rest techs were way less than me. By the way, the armies are normal divisions with no attachments. Anybody have any idea what affects it?

Getting Jominian attitude over Clauswitzian will imcrease your morale, in the same way that getting Naval Hero thesis instead of Superior Crew will increase morale for your navy.

Jominian seems far superior to Clauswietzian or is that just me?

I prefer Claus. As a matter of fact, I have not had Jom since the first two practice games. ORG rules! Morale means nothing! Seriously, I am thinking neither is all that special anymore.

I think in early game Jomini woud be better because Org doesn´t have any effect in combar. But later Org gets more important. Moral is allways high and it doesn´t really matter if you have 70 or 100... you loose all your men before morale drops to zero ;)

Org affects how fast units recover moral and the time you need to occupy a enemy province. Blitzkrieg is born :D

I had no idea organisation affected province conquest. Ok, yah Claus is better later in the game.

well see, when starting the game i didn't not get to choose which attitude, now i kind of think i can lose battle easily, especially in the mountains. i know there are stragies to tackle it but hey....i want to attack austria but now i have to put plans on hold. Man......

You might want to do something similar for the naval equivalents.

Haven't tested it myself, so if it doesn't work properly, let me know and we'll start tweaking.
