I think they said in the past that right now rebellions don't exists but that during occupation these things happen due to resistence movements:

1. Less supply in the region
2. Less factory output from the region
3. Less manpower from the region
4. Less resources from the region

However once that land is no longer considered occupied, in the case of Germany and Poland that would mean you beat the allies, that the only negative you get is less manpower from any region that is not a core, which in the case of Poland Germany may auto get cores on all those regions once the war ends (but no system is in place to be able to core a region like in EU4).

"Less" MP is correct - I think it's 70% less. But that's not the only penalty - far less resources and factories. I think podcat confirmed 50% of the factories.

There is no process to assimilate an area and establish cores that you don't have on 1.1.1936. Germany cannot gain cores on most of Poland.

I think the Warsaw Uprising is notable enough to get it's own event, together with the 1944 Dutch railway strike which pissed the Germans off so much that they blocked all food imports to Holland, basically making 7 million people starve for 8 months.
