The realm rejoices as Paradox Interactive announces the launch of Crusader Kings III, the latest entry in the publisher’s grand strategy role-playing game franchise. Advisors may now jockey for positions of influence and adversaries should save their schemes for another day, because on this day Crusader Kings III can be purchased on Steam, the Paradox Store, and other major online retailers.
Indeed, isn't it glorious? He lost a kingdom and regained another on the same soil, decades later. An Anglo-Saxon revolt led by the elderly Harold? Godwinson Ho!
That orthodox HRE is a strange, strange creature.
Yes, that is correct. The Basileus is indeed Insular Christian. He's in a civil war where an Orthodox is trying to get on the throne, but he's currently winning.Almost as strange as Irish Insular Christianity taking root in Byzantium. Basileus is insular christian, right?
Not sure. The HRE Emperor is Catholic, but I wager someone converted sometime earlier, as most of his realm as you can see is Orthodox...What is up with that religious map? How did that happen?
Yeah, I couldn't believe it as the game progressed. He just kept on going. I'm in 1224 now as I said (taking a break to make dinner) and he's already crusaded his dynasty another kingdom. And the money keeps pouring in.He must have an iron health! How does that make sense, you ask? Simple- because you have to have an iron health to survive all these diseases
Surviving bubonic plague while being a leper is an achievement on it's own. And flagellating leper sounds... real messy
But this is one impressive emperor indeed.
Always look at the bright side of life.Won’t feel pain at least…
He also has great tracts of land.Obviously, a Zombie Emperor... with a great personality.
Leprosy does that to you.A super messy mess. Messy.
Heh, yeah pretty much all the time. That was all the time surely? Due to the whole bubonic leprosy issue he would just leak out of a normal glove. He need the iron ones to hold himself together.
