So I defeated China once and installed my dynasty to the throne. In that game though the protectorate was all but eliminated from the previous Mongol invasion.
In this game I feel powerful enough to challenge the Jurchen Empire, and am hoping to swallow half of India (they nabbed a lot during their expansionist phase.)
Will I get these titles after successfully installing my kin to the throne, or will these titles remain underneath the Western protectorate?
I ask this because I recently got the Alexander bloodline. I can boot the protectorate off the map with my invasion, but installing a claimant AND acquiring the land would definitely be a better deal.
