I was just about to post a thread on this... France and Germany are facing each other off (France has about 95 divisions, Germany has about 120), and they don't do much of anything... even Britain, who has a ton of planes isn't doing much. Also, Fascist Spain has taken a few provinces in the south of France. It appears that the AI really doesn't like to attack forts now or something...
On the plus side, China held out forever, which was rather impressive... more as the game goes on.
