I'm having an issue where no matter how many commanders I appoint only one appears when I try to assign them to a flank. Makes battles unwinnable. Is this something others have experienced?

I haven't come across this. Do you have a save?

Why the fuck do you have to capitalize the first letter of every word? It's annoying to read.
Why The F*ck Do You Have To Put Uncensored Swear Words In Your Posts? It's Annoying To Read.

Anglo-Saxons get more troops against stronger realms.

Yes, and ideally what the title you're giving away is as well.
Getting A Save Before Granting The Title Will Be Difficult, But I Could Regain The Title.

Odd... He Gained Independence When I Did It...
I Can Record A Video To Show You.
B.T.W., The Only DLCs I Am Using Are The Republic, Horse Lords, Rajas Of India, And Jade Dragon.
Edit: Nevermind.... It Now Works, Despite The Fact That I Checked Before Sending The Save File And It Granted Independence...

When I Conquered Frisia Occidentalis, Was It Supposed To Become De Jure Roman Land?

Ok, In This Video You Can See, I Grant Him The Civitas, And He Becomes Independent.

If you have taken the decision to expand into Germania, then yes, it will allow titles east of the Rhine to become de jure when conquered. If you haven't taken that, they are supposed to stay the native de jures. The Roman Frisia should consist of both Western and Central Frisia, so you may need to conquer more territory if you don't currently hold them.

Ah, What Are The Requirements For That Decision To Show Up?

You'll need to be a Roman Emperor for it to appear, and then the requirements to activate it are:
has_global_flag = gaul_reconquered_roman
wealth = 1000
prestige = 5000
is_adult = yes

Basically, you need all of the Frankish/Visigoth Kingdoms wiped out and for your character to hold all of Gaul.

I do believe that you're getting the bug, but there's very little we can do to investigate it if we can't reproduce it on our end.

Who are you trying to subjugate?

Ok, Do I Need To Hold All Of Gaul, Or Does It Just Need To Be Ruled By Any Roman?

The "The Reconquest of Gaul" must have been triggered, which requires a Roman Emperor to completely control the Gaul region. In theory it could be an AI emperor who does it, but that's a rather unlikely scenario.

Generally speaking, you can only subjugate rulers of your culture group. As a Roman you can't use the standard subjugation cbs against either of those two targets, though if you become a Roman Emperor you should be able to use the Imperial Subjugation cb against a Romano-British petty king.

Yeah, I Can Supply The Save.
Just to try and settle this; in proper English grammar, the only words that are capitalized at the beginning are proper nouns (i.e. names and places) and words at the beginning of the sentence (like 'Just' at the beginning of this sentence). When you capitalize the first letter of every single word in your sentence, that's really annoying to a lot of readers.

SuPpOsE i TyPeD wOrDs LiKe ThIs BeCaUsE i ThOuGhT iT lOoKeD nEaT tO hAvE eVeRy OtHeR lEtTeR cApItAlIzEd. I'm going to stop now because I treasure my sanity. That's really annoying for you to read, right? That's what it's like for most people to read sentences when you capitalize the first letter of every word you type.

Is there a way for Arthur to become king of Dumnonia through an event choice?, (doesn't matter if it fires for him or for Mordred), it sucks to resist Aelle's invasion without controlling the armies of Dumnonia. I know it's not canon, but fuck Mordred. Also, is there and event for his war with Gundleus and Powys?, or a way to get a causus belli against them.
