I always welcome help. I should finish the HRE this week (I hope) so I should have Denmark mapped pretty soon.
Besides the map additions of Spain, HRE, and Denmark, which new exciting features will be included for the next version?
Very nice! BTW, has the image been cropped for the purposes of posting it here, or is it that norway and Seden will becut like that? If so, will they be "compensated" in anyway for the taxes and levies from the cut off regions?

The next version I release (planned for Xmas) is going to be the BETA which will have all the features planned included with the exception of the portraits which will come in a subsequent release. The reason for the delayed portrait release is that I am using a upgraded render engine that takes significantly longer to render each image but produces considerably better results. I will also only be likely including a single finished bookmark in that initial release.

It is not cropped, those are the only areas of those countries that will be in game. I have been told that the vast majority of the areas not on the map are wilderness/very sparsely populated and it would not be a big loss. If I need to I can compensate, but I really don't want to because it artificially increases the importance/value of those Kingdoms.
No, it will not be until Christmas time give or take a week - assuming all goes to plan and nothing happens IRL that takes a lot of my free time away.

Looks absolutely amazing! Question: how many provinces are there in the full version of the map?
Aiming for equal to or less than vanilla. I should be able to finish the province map this weekend so I will soon know exactly.

First start date is the final one in vanilla, the last one will be the betrothal of Isabella to Ferdinand. There will be no end date for the play.

Regardless that's fantastic, I'm so used to HIP, that it will be nice to play that time period, since it's neglected in that mod.

Are you going to include Pomerania and the rest of Brandenburg? I think there's just enough room to include it (or most of it), and the cutoff you have currently (modern border?) looks quite awkward for the time period.
They are being included I just haven't done the outside of Germany HRE yet.

Perhaps, if you want to include Croatia/Bosnia, also add the Royal Hungary, or the Hungarian part controlled by the Habsburg during the Ottoman occupation in the 16th-17th century? It shouldn't be too much to add, TBH, since it's a fairly small portion of the country, and would make the map borders more logical.
