While I have thought of a cleaner way to do the "2nd Earl of X" naming I don't think I will because outside of the UK I haven't seen people referred to that way. And I wouldn't implement a system that complex unless the whole map would use it. And honestly I don't even know if the peers in the UK were actually addressed that way to begin with.

I will be adding more title naming localisation (including the ability to elevate (or downgrade) the rank via naming in the case of the French peerage).

The next update will primarily be about the traits and new plots/ambitions to fill the downtime (next weeks update).

The update after that is tentatively slated to be about cultural localisation. In other words the native title names, medieval spelling for names and historical names for the culture, addition/splitting of cultures, etc. This update may take 2 weeks, depends on how much time I end up having.

spanish is conde. I think some dialect of french or italian is Comte or compte.
Comte yes, but Cómte, never. I'm not being picky here, I just would like to know if it is some dialect or just a typo.

You are probably right that it's Comte and not Cómte. Some times the computer changes the spelling
Ah, OK, because I was unsure about whether or not you were talking about an ancient spelling, a dialect or some other language. In modern French and as far as I know, it is simply Comte. Sorry if I put to much importance on something that might have been a minor error.

Spanish dukes are

But were they at the time? And were any others? There is no simply way of achieving that mechanic, so it has to be worth it and overall correct.

Could you add also the House de La Rochefoucauld (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duc_de_La_Rochefoucauld)?
The family was still a baron in 1469, but they became very prominent later on.
Apparently, the family was a cadet branch of the House de Lusignan.

Minor houses will eventually be added, too time consuming to prioritize over other features.

What are the consequences of the "fabricate heresy" plot?

Character specific targeting. Could be multiple results such as arrest, execution, slap on the wrist. Would depend on how much the liege likes the accused.

Liking the new plots. I assume "seduce liege with doaughter" means trick liege into marrying your daughter?

By the way, if you five a character the trait that marks you as english royalty a decision becomes aviable to said character, something like "reclaim blood", but the decision has no effect whatsoever, and is re´clickable.

Will their be a war of the Roses mechanic for England? If not where can I download the old mod?

Can elaborate on what exactly you are thinking of?

Yes to your first question - you use your daughter to advance your position.

As for the second, I will have to check - it should grant you a strong claim and make you an enemy of the King. It seems to be working on the current version fine. The AI uses it all the time and it does not get spammed (it would be getting spammed if it didn't grey out and the characters would end up with massive negative opinions in the hundreds). Did you edit anything?

Afaik, yes. Spanish Condes and Duques from XV century are referred to as such. Just in Iberia and Britain, afaik. Definitely not in Italy, France, Germany

If those are the only areas I will not be dong it. Too much work for too little benefit.

I was able to play the mod today! Plenty shenanigans!

As the Earl of Mar>Duke of Douglas, I sided with the king, my brother, against a "claimant" faction for my claim on Scotland. Midway through, another faction fired demanding exactly the same thing (wai?). This faction consisted of the parties who had stayed neutral in the first war. A third faction started up but it couldn't get very much support. During the war, I noticed that when a rebel lord died, the king inherited his lands, which seemed a bit weird. When the first war ended, I got the usual, daft vanilla treatment (thrown in dungeon, but released next day because 100 opinion, lost claim). This makes even less sense now with the loyalist/rebel system. There were opinion modifiers as well - "Loser in Civil War" and "Failed to Claim My Titles", -25 each. After that there was a lowered taxes event for having lost the Civil War. The second war finished, but I wasn't imprisoned. Gifted with a -750 prestige hit though.

In an earlier war with England for Berwick, the claimant died in battle (so many deaths!) and the war ended inconclusively. I know this is how CK2 works, but in a full-on border war, I don't think either side would stop fighting for something as trivial as that. Could it be modified so that the war continue if their's an heir with a claim or even just any other claimant in the realm? Also, perhaps there could be a dedicated border CB, e.g. "Consolidate March."

Unrelated, I gave the Pope Turriff and the Garioch so he'd like me enough to annul my marriage with my aunt. About a year later, James declares on his holiness to get the lands back. Seeing Scots sieging down Italy was quite fun (I'm pretty sure the armies were devastated by naval attrition on the way over). Then there was another claimant war...

I've noticed quite a lot of anachronistic holdings and weird provinces on the map. I do think Scotland needs to be redrawn in the future, but I've a few more smaller suggestions atm.
-Assynt>Strathnaver, Carbisdale>Assynt, Kildonon>Kildonan, Esslemont>Braigh Mar/Braemar, Corrichie>Midmar, Dunnottar>Kincardine, Middleton>Mearns, Huntly>Strathbogie, Mortlach>Strathdon, Dufftown>Mortlach (old name for Dufftown), Cullen>Banff, Turiff>Turriff, Inverallochy>Formartine, Craig>Tarbat, Kilamtrin>Kilmartin, Ardnamurchon>Ardnamurchan
-In Scotland, mayors should be provosts
-Relocalise instances of "County" to "Earldom"
-John Macdonald, Earl of Ross, should hold a Kingdom-level title "Lord of the Isles". He was very powerful until he wasn't.
-"Scottish" is localised as "Scotlandian". Maybe don't change this...
