Yes. The wolves would try to get Nautilu lynched, knowing he was a goody, so that when they hunted him at night, they'd have drawn suspicion on themselves for no reason whatsoever. That's what they'd do.

And there were no 'bullshit' arguments against Nautilu. The only way he could have been telling the truth was if there was an epic-fail Priest in the game who wasn't paying attention and was mostly inactive. As it turns out, that's what happened, Nautilu contacted our fail-priest and set up his own little J-L.

Hello...?

Does this mean I get cake after all...?

The cake is a lie, and you would be right if you go back and change seer in your post to priest. :p

It appears that has been done for me someone who is actually literate and can read...:p

Cake is not a lie unless it has no frosting...

So there is a priest, but both cultists (We have established there were only two cultists, and we are never wrong) and the sorc are dead.

Not very useful, is he? :(

You seems to be oblivious to the existence of backup/conditional orders. The way I see it, the baddies would have welcomed the lynching of Nautilu. That's one less goodie to hunt, and one more sorcerer scan.

Sadly, a Ronco infomercial has contained more useful information than what has transpired here...

No one was pushing for not lynching Jopi. What would the wolves plan have been? Have one of them vote-snipe away the tie so that Jopi and whoever the vote-sniper were both die next?

Why would the Priest have to have been fail for Nautilu's story to be true?

Nautilu was Spiritually Attuned, if Nautilu got lucky rolls when he was scanned he would have known the name and role of the scanner; how would that have been the Priest's fault?

Am I the only one to see Euro is suddenly silent while sbr goes off the reservation and votes 'safe' ??? Are not these the two front and center carriers of the village flame for the last two days...? And they disappear on a day with a critical vote with no rhyme, reason or song...? I understand sbr has something to do. No problem. But make the vote count for something. Lock in one side or the other. Let your vote speak as it has the last two days. But no... I guess they figure their work is done...?

That gives credence to Nautilu and Jopi. That's not a good thing.

UNVOTE Nautilu

VOTE Kathnar

If safe is the new vote, safe it is... And it will make the TIE more accessible.

I have no desire to speak for EURO but I can explain myself, again.

I am on the west coast of the US and have no internet access at work; I did not work two days this week, which were the two I was very active leading up to the deadline. The deadline is a 10:00AM my time and I leave my house between 06:00 and 06:30. I didn't believe Nautilu's story at the point I had to make a vote, but I wasn't sold on Jopi either. Since I wasn't going to be around for the discussion near the deadline I intentionally stayed away from the two leading candidates so that the making or breaking of a tie would be easier; had I had a vote on Nautilu or Jopi and wasn't around to move it it leaves the vilalge less "wiggle room" in the event of an unforeseen event. I knew at least one of the two, if not both would be lynched with or without my vote, so it was really irrelevant.

@sbr:  Just checkin'... One must explore all possibilities as you know. I actually thought I'd miss the vote today, but work conspired to give me a short day after all... As for Euro, well... he's Euro after all.

I can understand the point snoopdog. A priest coming out of his closet this late would be a tad frustrating. But then, this really has been a game of odd coincidences and improbable happenings, so who could blame him.

And I still want cake, but I'll settle for a Corona. Anyone else...?

Note I did the same thing, BTW. I understand the logic...

Because from the priests perspective, any of the known goodies would've made a better spokesman than Nautilu. Probably the biggest reason it seemed to me Nautilu had to be lying was that when he came out Jester was still around and he had a 100% for sure goodie role, while Nautilu could've been a spiritually attuned wolf for all he knew. So, it seems like the only reason the Priest said anything to Nautilu was that Nautilu set it all up and the Priest just had no interest in setting up a JL himself.

Ok. I thought you were blaming the Priest for contacting Nautilu. Maybe none of the other "known goodies" were willing to go public?

Doesn't really matter now though.

On day nine, after Jopi got a vote and became tied. Some people made it a huge tie between six people. Since I think the sorcerer was in contact with the wolves, I think it wise to see if any of them is a baddie.

Vote Jensthemens

If we want to have a go a vote analysis I think it would be easiest to find the original Imperial wolf (rather than the Mercenary or the possibly turned Imperial).

Looking at vote record from the day White Daimon got lynched we can see that canadiancreed, marty99, humancalculator and Raczynski are very unlikely original Imperials.

Looking at vote record from the day Kaiser got lynched we can see that Sekenr, sbr and Slinky are very unlikely original Imperials. Jensthemens was the last to vote this day and he didn't break the tie so if he knew there was a tie he is probably not an Imperial either.

Looking at vote record from the day Llywelyn got lynched we can see that sbr, johho888, Kathnar, snoopdogg and okyriosy are very unlikely Imperials. This was after the last no-kill so none of those should be a turned Imperial either.

Since noone has tried to expose walrus as a fraud I will assume he is the doctor.

We also have the late seer's last post saying he didn't believe Slinky to be a wolf which might indicate Slinky has been scanned clean.

So which players still alive does that leave us with?
HJ Tulp, THE_SPLIT, Paendrag, von Loch Ness (formerly Steed), EUROO7 (formerly theFreeman), antracer, Polar Mongoose, Teep (formerly Cuthuthulu).

Hm, still quite a few. I was hoping this would have narrowed it down more.
