If I recall correctly this wizard wanted to use von Loch Ness as target practice. Such bloodthirst can not be healthy for the party. Luckily I did not give von Loch Ness all my berries.

24 hours is probably more than we need but I would rather keep the same deadline than have shifting deadlines to get back to the real one.
