Sigh, Just was about to make a post, forum shot me with "forum is too busy to make your request right now". Something tells me that someone is going to try and counter snipe a tie and fail because the forum will delete the post like it just did for me because it was too busy to do something.
I don't even remember what was happening in this game, but that might have more to do with the fact that I just got out of two tests that where 10 mins apart, and I have a third one in 5 hours. Seeing the deadline is moved much later, I am going to reread the thread to figure out just what has happened so far after the next test, or far more likely after I wake up after the third test.

I do find the kind of arrogance displayed by AOK quite sad and stupid. It's a typical example of "I'm losing, so I'm quitting". Of course when it is AOK that is being targetted, we are all going against the spirit of WW, breaking the game, etc.

I got that error too a few times. Looks like the new forum has difficulty coping with the load. One more reason for me to move the deadline, really. I'd rather have a stable environment where people can have their snipefests in peace ;-)
So that's a vote for not having the deadline tonight, isn't it?
For the record, I agree with some of the things he says. He may be arrogant but he's also right. There are too many people playing this game in the "I don't care much" way. You can say what you want but he always manages to get discussion going, regardless of which side he's on.
Don't forget the game is all about personalities. Some infighting should be encouraged. Him riling people up actually makes for a better game. Even if I don't necessarily agree with all of his opinions on people ;-)
Anyway, looks like I'll have to sub him after all. Any takers?
On this, we're all agreed. There *are* too many people who do not attempt to involve themselves with the game in any way. Now, nobody expects everyone to be super analysers nor to be able to win against the odds but they *do* need to play to the fullest extent that time allows them to.
What I do have a problem with it something that he and TT have been doing lately and that is asking to be subbed out when the game is either not to their liking, or when the players aren't. To me, if they don't want to play the game then fine, don't sign up, but it's not on to get part way through then sign up because you can't be ars I mean bothered, to play on. If I were GMing when he said "sub me out" his part in the game would end from that moment, that'd end the hissy fits pretty fast.
Indeed the game is about personalities, as you found out a few games back when I riled you up

I know I'm going to get attacked by him if he does get online, but as I'm just a villager I don't care that much. Caution like this has cost me too much before.
I think AOK's a wolf. Why? Well, despite all his bluff and bluster he's not actually *said* all that much. Sure he's made a hell of a lot of noise, shouting about idiocy, how much he hates Lemeard and kittens etc but it's all smoke and no fire. He's seemingly drifted with one theory after another, without actually putting forward any plans of his own. Usually by this point in the game, he would have been analysing like mad and would have at least put some theories together. This all smacks of AOK-wolfplay to me.
Would he ask to be subbed? If he didn't actually mean it, then yes he would - it creates the perfect cover for him "I can't be a wolf because I wanted out of the game" etc.
Vote AOK, since I feel him a better target than Lemeard. As far as Torna goes, I don't know - he's an enigma this game.
