Goddamnit I've tried to stay out of WW because I know that I can't contribute like CARP to the game to the level I desire of it (which is two hours of crafting viable narratives on who IS and IS NOT evol) and that deadlines ALWAYS occur when I AM ASLEEP.
No seriously, unless everyone else who's active is a wolf and are just trying to BS each other over (highly unlikely but it's the ULTIMATE in brinksmanship and if they pull it off it's the most EPIC WW Lite ever), why would we CONTINUE to look at the actives when the inactives are right there ready to pounce on us collapsing like this?
I AM A VILLAGER, and if you are a villager, letting Yoshi or whatever is happening right now affect a RATIONAL analysis who's being a blooming wolf is just an exercise in futility.
I'll argue that one of the actives is a wolf steering the vote + Torna, HDK and yoenit. Could be walrus or Slinky in place of one of the three, but I'm NOT EVEN SURE WHY NOBODY'S LOOKING AT THEM. Just a gut feeling, one steerer and three "randoms" to stir up the storm and make the village shoot each other.

Let us string up inactives until we find a wolf. I tried to do a switch to Torn today but nobody gave a damn. Perhaps the only people who saw my attempted switch were wolves and they thus ignored it.

There was no TIE on the first dayI am sorry if me subbing out upsets you. I play to have fun. This type of game, and recent events are not fun, but rather frustrating. I have enough frustrating sh*t to deal with. Werewolf is supposed to be time away from that, not a continuation of it.
People not showing, not caring, forcing ties on the first day and killing me in the process, forcing ties on the first day and killing the Seer in the process and then trying to justify it, villagers committing suicide and forcing parity a day early, nobody being on around the deadline and allowing repeated ties in the process, ect. That is the village these days. It has become normal.
If this is the type of play that Lem and the rest want and enjoy, then I have no right to make games miserable for other players by complaining, cussing, and whining. When I do act that way, it with the express purpose of hoping to inspire them to be more committed to the game. If I am not achieving that, then there is no point. Slinky was right. If OY, Lem and the rest like games that way, then I should let them be to play as they choose and just sub out.

I'd say wait for a bit longer myself, the upgrade took a bit longer than most people thought so it'd be a good idea to wait. We don't want a mass subicide!!

Due to the extended maintenance time we've had I'm moving the deadline back to wednesday, the usual time.
After that we should resume as usual.
edit: The one thing that might change my mind on this is everyone reporting in and saying having the deadline today is fine with them. And I do mean *everyone*.
