I think most people have agreed with me, but even if they're both villagers a TIE will still be the best option
Why?
Because if one is lynched and found to be a villager, we would lynch the other the next day, this wastes another day of voting
Also lynching two villagers in a TIE is statistically better than lynching two in two days, as the wolves have one less hunt, and so we are one step further away from parity
That said, I really don't believe they're both villagers
We still have to lynch both, lynching one and getting a wolf would be preferable to lynching 1 wolf and 1 villager, but lynching 1 and he turns out to be a villager would be catastrophic, we would lynch the other the next day of course, but it would stil waste a whole day of voting, and possibly a day of parity, as the wolves would have one more night to hunt
