Three more of their company were gone... two dead, one lost to the wastes...

And the WereYaks were still amongst them...

The ghazis were camped on a mountaintop from which they could see the traffic going to and from the fearsome Tibethian fortress. It would be difficult for the Armies of the Faith to take the city, but not impossible... if the ghazis were able to return alive... but they couldn't risk bringing the stain of WereYakanthropy back to Baghdad. It had to be decided here.

Once again, they convened, in a small hollow shaded by towering rocks. If one looked closely, one might have seen the faint carvings of some antediluvian hand, cursing the land. But one did not look, and the hex remained unnoticed.

As the debate shifted back and forth, one of their number, Mohammed Ahmed Moustafa Hassan Amar, a.k.a. marty99 stood up and pointed at Ali Hussain al-Kut, a.k.a. walrus accusing him, point blank of being a WereYak. He also claimed that Said Omar ibn Taab, a.k.a. Jamie550 was in league with the forces of darkness and suggested that the band immediately execute both of them.

It was decided that only Ali Hussein should die that day, and that Said Omar ibn Taab could wait for a later date. Although he professed his innocence over and over again he was bound and dragged to the edge of a grand precipice. And they threw him over. Down and down Ali Hussain plunged... and the vultures refused to eat his remains... a sure sign that he was a WEREYAK!

But alas, the foul magicks of the haunted petroglyphs still lived... and they masked the trails of the murderous WEREYAKS!

walrus, the PERFIDIOUS WEREYAK, was lynched
marty99, the accuser, was hunted

I would like explanations from nautilu and the_hdk for their votes last round.

Hmm... Naut is invisible, hdk has been online already after the deadline, so I can't say whether he hadn't read the JL-posting. At least he hasn't posted here since the outing.

Well, today bought us another day, so we don't have lose by parity if we don't catch a wolf today. However, it would be nice ofcourse :)

Cymsdale hasn't done much today to get out of my suspicion, however, I noticed that marty as spokesperson of the JL was right about his suspicion of walrus, even before the outing. In his outing he also named jamie, who is found suspicious by many of us, but also EURO and trespoe. EURO was named one more time before, but trespoe not.

At this moment I think we have more suspicious persons, yet I am puzzled why the JL spokesperson named those two. Does anyone have some idea about that?

Vote jamie550

as the JL was quite clear in wanting him tied with walrus.

3 reasons:
1. he never issued any correction about his vote being listed incorrectly on Day 1.
2. He wasted a vote yesterday. (is it confirmed he was online, also?)
3. His vote on Xeno Day 2. "he hates subs" was a reason?

That is three very odd voting problems.

I have no idea why the JL wanted a tie. My guess is that they had confirmed walrus (as stated) and thought that by tying him against Jamie they could gain information to point toward other wolves. This could mean they scanned Jamie as a goodie and was hoping to expose wolves who might try to swing it hard in his favor (perhaps with someone acting as a safety vote on Jamie to switch to walrus at the last moment if that seemed too in danger of happening). Maybe they suspected he was a wolf and were legitimately hoping for a tie to off two wolves in one blow. Maybe they suspected nothing about him, picked him arbitrarily, and figured running up two candidates provided more information than band wagoning on one.

Wolves are cowards, the village has to win from this position
Well, looking at the way the survivors line up, the village can only make two more mistaken lynches. So, it's anybody's game.

If Marty outed bukkitface, then there could not have been any other JL members, since he would have got one of them to do it.

It implies that Jamie is a varulv, and that the others are damn good suspects.

Not especially, since the seer said he wanted Jamie dead <_<
