People have come up with the wildest conspiracies about the people that ruled them. Templars, freemasons, illuminati, lizardmen and bilderberg, the list is nearly endless. Usually you are not concerned about these theories, they are just the ramblings of madmen. Well, except for the one about lizardmen, that one is true. You know this for a fact because you are one these lizardmen.

For centuries you have ruled this planet without anyone challenging your rule. But now a threat has emerged: it appears some conspiracy theorists have figured out how to look as though they are lizards. This seems a rather ironic turn of events considering that you lizards have spent much time and effort to look like humans. The crazy humans have taken to tearing down your rule from within. The elders have come together for the first time in decades to discuss this threat. But it appears the humans have managed to infiltrate this meeting…

THE RULES:

Copy-pasted/adapted from some previous lite games(specifically from Yvanoff, Alxeu and Wagonlitz)

Werewolf Lite Primer for Absolute Newbies

Werewolf Lite is a game of survival. Your main goal, no matter your role, is to survive. The game is played with seventeen players divided into two sides: the Villagers and Seer on one side, the Werewolves on the other. Each side's goal is to eliminate the other. Out of these seventeen, five are given a special role. Four are Werewolves, and one is a Seer. Their identities must remain secret. If the Seer's identity is revealed, the Werewolves may hunt their most dangerous enemy. If the Werewolves' identities are revealed, the village will surely lynch the monsters.

The game is divided into two sections. Day and Night. The game begins with a Night session. During the Night, the Werewolves hunt one person, and the Seer may discover the role of one player. During the Day, the villagers must decide who is responsible for the murder of the Night past. This is done by voting: every (living) player votes for one other player, the player that got the most votes is dies. Afterwards, night falls and the wolves creep out of hiding to hunt another player.

This day/night cycle goes on until either all wolves have been lynched(giving victory to the remaining villagers and seer) or until the wolves equal or outnumber the rest of the players(giving victory to the wolves).

Every game has a special theme. The theme for this game is above. Let your Werewolf journey begin…

Possible roles:

Lizard (Villager) - x12

You are one of the lizard elders that have come together to deal with this threat. Some interesting ideas have surfaced already, such as putting an end to this pesky free speech. But this discussion must wait, for you must first find the infiltrators in your midst. Unfortunately their disguise is perfect, the only way to break it and find out if someone is a human is by killing them.

Conspiracy theorist (Werewolf) - x4

You are one of the humans that have infiltrated the lizardmen gathering. To break the power of your cold-blooded overlords you must disrupt this meeting by any means necessary. Murder seems an appropriate tool to use: Disrupt the meeting and eliminate some of their leadershipt in the process. But be careful not to draw any suspicion, you shouldn’t be expecting mercy if you are caught.

The queen (Seer) - x1

Queen Elizardbeth when she’s not in disguise
The queen of england, the eldest and most powerful of the lizards. You have warned your fellow elders about the infiltrators in your midst. You saw them, the humans, but do not remember who they were. Your long time spent ruling this world gives you the experience to see who is a real lizard and who is merely pretending by behaviour alone: Their disguises are worthless to you. But watching someone's behaviour without being noticed takes time, time you do not have aplenty.

Victory:

The Lizards and The queen win once every Conspiracy theorist is found and slain, thwarting their plot and ensuring the marriage can continue as planned.

The Conspiracy theorists win once they are as numerous as the Lizards and The queen combined, at which point they can openly butcher the remaining lizard and overthrow their scaly overlords.

Note that dead players will lose regardless of which side wins the game: You need to be alive at the end of the game to be able to win.

Have invites gone out?
Yes, but it doesn't seem to have pulled enough people in to run the game. I believe I've bugged everyone that has a played a game here semi-recently and I'm kinda out of ideas where else to recruit new people...

There's also a bit too few people to start a smaller game as well, filling the game with 3-6 bots is prolly not gonna end well :p

Lites actually have a bit harder time filling than bigs, since some people are big only.

@Cymsdale we haven't seen you in a while.

I might swing back in at some point but I can't make the time commitment now.
Ok. Hopefully you'll be back at some point. Always fun to play with you.
