Something like this wouldn't surprise me, but it doesn't really give us much to go on.
Kiwi isn't exactly the only person who would do this. You, for starters, might easily lean that way, too. Or Najs. Or marty, who may still hold a genuine grudge for some earlier games, for that matter ..

I've never held a grudge against anyone. Even if I did, this would be the most pointless game to hunt someone out of spite. I don't have anything more to add about why randy was hunted, if there's anything it's probably Vainglory's. So I'm going to vote random.

That might actually have been a favor, Randy. Now that you're freed from the distractions of your mortal body, you can concentrate all your energies on finding those wolves.

I suspect that one of two things happened with Randy's death. Either someone hunted Randy because they knew the rules and thought it would be amusing to put one of the best analysts "out" of the game while they were still in it, or else they totally overlooked the rules and thought they were getting rid of pesky Randy.

The former is more likely. That, or Random.org.

Anyway, based on the reasoning that this was done For The Lulz:

There are 8 hours to deadline, and it's rather difficult to get through a day without having a tie at some point.

At least we now know you'd rather vote for Seen than esemesas. Just as we know Kingepyon would rather vote for Seen than me.

Top of page 8, I believe. Dead players can do anything except vote. In trade off, the seer can't reveal they're seer (even in death) or that they've scanned someone.
