Miss Scarlet is a decent choice anyway, given the vote on a new candidate when there were already four in the running.

There's always a wolf in the day 1 throwaways. No matter how few there are.
Because wolves aren't random.
They purposely vote so they don't vote for the same people. Especially on the first day.
Villager votes are random, wolves aren't. Their votes repel each other. If wolf A votes for 1 person, chances are (especially on day 1) that wolf B will not vote for the same person.
Also, the votes are still random. They just don't include a person in choosing who to vote for.
Choosing 1/16 people rather than 1/17 is still random.
Random to a point. By the time you voted, I believe there were four candidates at two votes, and myself at one. Odds are there was at least one, if not two wolves there. By choosing to vote outside, there's no real information on your preferences should we out Freud, Mrs Peacock or the Admiral as a wolf. Also it meant all of the later important voting action, with the exception of Ms Fletcher, was done by people with the excuse of saving themself - it would have helped to have more second parties involved.
At this point you may be wondering why Ms Fletcher is being run up, if she did what I'm saying what you should have done, and was unlucky enough to pick a villager. In truth, her vote wasn't necessarily a bad one - but her response has been less than satisfactory. No better candidates suggested, instead turning on the accuser without even making a case.
I am using RP reasons for my votes, atleast until theres something more solid to run with.
Good sportsmanship first + Skillful play second + Roleplay third = Fun time for all.
Even on day two there is stuff you can analyse. If there's nothing you can see, try pressuring someone to make something to analyse. Be proactive.

Edit: At this point in the game theres very little to analyse. Its best just to leave things to percolate for about 2-3 days and then begin analysing in earnest. There is always the possibility that if we begin revealing things we notice too early, the wolves will just change their behaviour before any clear pattenrs can emerge.
What was your charge against me again? That I put Vader in the lead? Well I was voting randomly so I used RP reasons to go after him. I was going to go after you first seeing as how you're millitary and all, but his powers lend themself better to the situation. As far as I was concerned it didnt matter who I went after so I decided to have a little fun. Now if I was a wolf I might have shied away from it seeing as how it was a go ahead vote. Frankly it would be every bit as interesting to see who didnt want to vote those who stood out.

Earlier this evening I was approached by a shaken, yet mentally stable individual. This person claims to have the identity of one of the murderers. According to this person, there were many of them, but this individual was only able to determine the identity of one of the attackers.
It has been revealed to me that Ms. Scarlett was in the group, her, along with her accomplices have killed Mr. Green and Lucius Vorenus.
I say we bring justice upon her immediately.

No, I'm not the seer, or even JL affiliated. I don't expect that to stop the wolves though, it wouldn't be a villager game for me if I got away unhunted However, the RP was too good to pass up.

She doesn't strike me as the cheating wife type, more the younger, unattached, manipulative type. So not Mrs. There's no age implied with Miss or Ms here in New Zealand, so the choice is largely cosmetic, although I'd be more likely to go with Miss for a woman in her 20s and Ms for a woman in her 50s. Anywhere inbetween, and you don't want to mess around with anything that can imply age
In Cluedo she's certainly "Miss Scarlett", and Bagricula has been playing her fairly straight to her character archetype. "Miss" adds to it if anything, by combining a younger, more predatory image with the connotations of "mistress".
