Yes. I will always be bitter when I feel I play a good game, and don't lose to player skill, but lose because the GM did something I could never have predicted.
My life was ruined that day. I was the owner of a growing business. I was a local hero. I had a house and kids. Everything seemed to be on track.
When that game ended, I lost it all. Now here I am, a hobo on the street. I am forced to beg for quarters just to get some ramen for a meal. My own kids are ashamed of me. I am treated like a local menace. My business has gone under (nobody seems to think water de-purification is a good idea).
I can trace all the bad things in my life back to that game.

When I am in a team with folks I can trust those people get BCC'd on everything I PM to others. Or almost anything, at any rate - if I don't quite trust them some things may be kept secret, but that's usually the exception rather than the rule.
That really is the best policy as far as I am concerned.
And when it comes down to the GM, it really depends. I usually keep them in the loop as well but some GM's rather have me cut down a bit on the spam

Not believing only exists when related to something, it requires a subject and, in every instance that I can think off, it usually involves certain beliefs to base the non-belief in.

Tell me about it. I once lost a game on the penultimate day because the seer and his apprentices were cursed and had been turned by the wolves.
I also hate losing because of the sheer stupidity of the people on my side. I was once the Sorceror in a game where the wolves outed themselves; they literally accidentally posted conversations and pms where they reveal themselves as wolves; and the cultists refused to trust or work with me me. This from a position where one of the wolfpacks had turned a GA and were blackmailing the seer from early in the game.
