Why I voted Wagonlitz:
First, it seems pretty obvious to me that Euro is JL - And no I don't fear saying that in the thread because any wolf who thought even slightly of what happened yesterday should have already come up with the same deduction.
So, what with Wagon's behavior about whether or not to make the TIE? Well, he seemed reluctant, and frequently changing thoughts. Sure, could be a villager who's not sure what's best, but I think it fits a wolf better.
Now, a mediocre wolf would simply try to avoid the tie at all costs and save one packmate while still claiming "Hey, we lynched a wolf"
But I think Wagon is a better player than that, and remember he had foresight - if he was a wolf. He would have known Euro was basically asking him to tie two wolves and calling him suspicious when he didn't - he'd have known it was the work of some JL and that refusing would be a sure way to get scanned.
Now, one thing which speaks in his favor, is that Euro defended him earlier - Maybe they're both JL. But for all the subtleties around deadline, isn't that a bit too obvious? And the thing which speaks against him is also breaking the tie on day 1, and saving a wolf in the process. Still a 50% chance that'd happen even as a villager, but it's something.
Also, any member of the wolf-tie could have sniped to himself thus wasting us a day where we'd go after the survivor, they didn't, but on paper then, it was a slightly smaller deal still.
By no means a very solid case, others are better, I agree. But I wanted to come up with my own thing - so there you have it
