I didn't really want to leave my voting until so late, but now I have, and there's a tie.

Well, I suppose I ought to break it, then.

Vote the_hdk

I can see why he's being voted, but I don't want to see two villagers killed.

Night 3

While Endymion had already lost a man due to the previous night’s attack, this did little to dampen the enthusiasm of his newest recruits. They had been outfitted with some of the finest vultures from the royal stables. The king’s mixed forces included Cabbage-Wingers, Millet-Shooters, and Garlic-Fighters. Cabbage-Wingers were impressively sized birds with cabbage instead of feathers and have wings akin to lettuce leaves. Allies from the Great Bear sent Flea-Archers, who as their name would imply ride fleas the size of 12 elephants. Spider-Engineers had created a large web between the Moon and the Morning Star. It was upon this that Endymion was going to deploy the forces for his main assault.

Phaethon was prepared to counter with his Ant-Cavalry, Sky-Gnats, and most formidable of all: his elite Sky-Dancers; these were light infantry capable of firing radishes accurately over long distances. The initial stages of the battle went well for Lunar forces. Indeed, they would have won an early and resounding victory if not the later arrival of Phaeton's allies the Dog-Acorns from the Dog Star-5,000 dog-faced men fighting on winged acorns. The Earthlings elected Mark Twain to lead a charge against the right wing of the newly invigorated foe. This would prove his final battle, though the others vowed to send a trophy to his family. Such an ill planned and poorly executed move did nothing to aid the Lunar cause, but more competent soldiering from Endymion’s right and center put the Sun-King in retreat.

Such an apparent victory called for a celebration. However, no one had anticipated the arrival of Phaethon’s Cloud-Centaurs, who had slept in that morning. Being that the Lunar forces had fallen out of the order of battle and had commenced to looting Solar supplies, they were not prepared to counter this contingent of archers the size of the Colossus of Rhodes. Endymion fled back to his capital, and his Earthling allies were captured and bound with conveniently located spider-webs. Being imprisoned twice in two days tends to decrease morale, but there was a positive aspect. The next morning, imprisoned yet again, the band of adventurers observed another scientific breakthrough. In addition to being able to shape-shift regardless of their location in the galaxy, it would seem that lycanthropes were also impervious to the constrictions of spider-webbing.

I'm not a wolf. I've just been taking a while to adjust back into this game. I voted the_hdk initially to keep him level, if I had voted Lord Dalek initially it would have been a bandwagon, but he was always my top candidate. Plus it's always dangerous to cast the deciding vote on someone, as if it's a wolf you're highly likely to get hunted. The reason I waited so long was for that very reason: to not give the remaining wolf(s) time to hunt me if Dalek was a wolf.

But no-one who knows my playing style would possibly believe I'd do that as a wolf. C'mon, you yourself have difficulty believing it. Haven't got into any real analysis on the game yet but I might be able to do more today.
Bandwagon me if you will; but you wouldn't make any more progress in finding the wolves.

Can you please point to a "non-important" vote for gigau? Or do you believe that only villagers voted for him?

There are varying degrees of importance for any vote. Everyone who voted gigau helped to lynch him, but the timing of each vote sets them apart.

Najs voted gigau right before deadline when he was tied with tamius, when Najs could just have easily voted tamius. That is a key vote, I'm sure you'll agree. Xarkan voted gigau into a three way tie on two votes with tamius and marty. As Lite usually follows a pattern of two to three candidates being run up in a day, that vote pretty much assured that gigau would be at risk of lynching. Xarkan could easily have voted someone else, I believe there was another person with one vote he could have gone for. Instead, he put a wolf at risk.

Other votes are less important. Rendap's vote was meaningful, as it meant gigau was on the radar for votes, but a single vote can be changed easily enough. Nautilu's vote was made when momentum was shifting away from marty thanks to marty's sweet talking, and so has some importance, but was early that the vote could - and did - swing to tamius or someone else. My vote was made when gigau was already a contender and did push him in front, but early enough that there were bound to be countering votes on the others. Frankly, my vote is probably the weakest of the gigau votes.

None of which changes that we have people who didn't vote gigau, that we can pursue first. Speaking of which, I'm only on here because I completely forgot to follow up on the game and vote :p

Vote Cymsdale

As I mentioned yesterday, his voting record doesn't reflect well on him. As for my other options at the time, Dalek is dead, hdk is likely to be scanned (we did end up saying we'd have a seer, right?), Adamus is still on my radar. Especially with Najs gone after pointing at him. marty may have "saved" hdk, but that only makes him guilty if hdk needed saving. Not a bad choice, but he has a vote and my other preferred options don't.

Here is the final votecounts for day 1, and day 2. For vote switches I put in who they switched from.

Day 1
Gigau (6): Rendap (89), Xarkan (96), Capt. Kiwi (101-Adamus) (104), Nautilu (118), Tamius23 (111-marty) (128), Najs (97-cymsdale) (129)
Tamius23 (5): Adamus (87), Marty99 (90), Cymsdale (86-xarkan) (94-marty) (114), Gigau (91-marty) (119), the_hdk (109-tamius) (121-nautilu) (126)
Marty99 (1): Lord Dalek (110)

Day 2
Lord Dalek (4): Adamus (149), Capt. Kiwi (153), Nautilu (168), Marty99 (167-hdk) (182)
the_hdk (3): Najs (144), Xarkan (170-Dalek) (173), Tamius23 (181)
Xarkan (2): the_hdk (165), Cymsdale (143-Nautilu) (169)
Nautilu (1): Lord Dalek (150-Adamus) (162)

It's hard to pull information out from two days. If I were to go with one gut feeling, it's that there was a wolf on Gigau on day 1. That would be one of myself, Captain Kiwi, Nautilu, and Tamius. Now if we look at day two, two of those people voted for Dalek the villager, Capt. Kiwi and Nautilu. Maybe we should put some pressure on the both of them.

Vote Nautilu

When I was a wolf in the last lite, I had packmates voting for my lynch in day 1.

Voting for gigau in no way clears you.

Hell, it's not like Tamius is cleared, you may have had no choice but to vote for a packmate.

If you want to prove your loyalty to the village, you should provide some helpful analysis instead of just revenge voting.

I agree, nobody is cleared at this point, my mini-analysis is just trying to focus on one wolf at a time.

Posting from a public library here. The only person I know isn't a wolf is myself. Might have time to do some analysis but I have a date tonight so hopefully not.
