To be honest technically he was ghost as far as this game was concerned and revealed pertinent game-related info. So, technically blatant breach of ghost rules. Not that it would have changed much as the seer eluded the pack that long so lots of scans were done.

But of course the fault lies with Seamus if one is to look at who messed up. Tamius thought it was Big-related PM, not Lite, so it wasn't done with mala fide. Just another reminder to pay attention what one posts/PMs.
