*Sigh*Then take it off.
From when Wagon had 4 votes and Korona had 5. You did not save Wagon, EURO.
I saved/helped Wagon because he's died early in a few games before and because EURO has had a habit of late of just randomly running him up D1. I was hoping to nip this in the bud this time. A bit meta, but D1, and in reaction to what I saw as odd behavior by those running him up.
Also, I've been resting up from being sick these past two days so that's why I have fewer non-RP posts- I was sick the day the game began and didn't feel up to doing much. I feel way better in the evening of today now, though.
To those voting me: I am rarely protective of packmates but have certainly protected those I value as players or who I feel are being run up unjustly. Please reconsider your votes. Thank you.
Like OJ Simpson writing "I didn't kill my wife but if I had this is how I'd have done it""I would never do that as a wolf u guise"
Dang, you're good. And I'm being very sincere here.Ok, but who said Wagonlitz was your packmate? I don't know if you guys do this here, but in this set up if you're a wolf then you know everyone else is a townie, right? Since the roles and all are on the front page. So couldn't a wolf vehemently protect a townie that was on the chopping block and then if that townie dies they could say, "Oh look, I protected that guy and he was a townie, you all should have listened to me!" And then hope that the others would think that they're a less likely wolf? I don't know if that's a strategy that people try here, but I've seen people try it elsewhere. And I've never played with you before, so telling me how you usually play doesn't effect my thoughts on you. I'd imagine people would change playstyles, right? If you become well known for doing something when you're a wolf then do the opposite one game to look less suspicious?
Oh look, I got someone who had been previously kind of defending me to vote me. The post's a wash then I guess.Vote al-Aziz
I thought his bandwagonny vote yesterday a bit suspicious as well. But then again, he was following YOU, but then again that says almost nothing at all.Cishet military shitlording and force privilege does not belong in this game!
I find I5's gloating and boating at this game unusual.
Vote Ironhead 5
Uhhh, how do you mean? Do you mean if the votes are spread out over a considerable time period or if the votes between two candidates are not far from each other?Wait... did I just confuse two posters? Yes, I did.
Also it's not a bandwagon if the votes aren't close together.
Dang, you're good. And I'm being very sincere here.
Yes to both, but I'm not expecting Wagonlitz to be run up soon, especially after he was one of the main candidates yesterday. If I had wanted him dead as a plus to my cred, I needed to have him dead. I could have hunted him, protested his lynch without doing anything, or only started arguing at the last minute- but I did none of these things and so Wagonlitz is still alive, leaving my reputation unaided, which would be absolutely terrible planning on my part. Also, as a wolf, a TIE would have been pretty good for me, and compared to the benefit of losing the village their free TIE, a possible better reputation would not aid me very much.
The second point you raise is excellent, and I can't prove it one way or another. But I think that generally defending a packmate is a really bad idea, because when one of you dies the other is screwed as well. This is something I'm quite sure about, and probably I would not abandon this philosophy. Also, supposing we are packmates, couldn't I have been a bit more stealthy about my approach? I could have said: "I hate TIEs and am on a placeholder now. Unvote I5 Vote Korona." And Wagon wouldn't end up under immediate scrutiny if I ended up being a wolf or I if he was a wolf.

If he is a wolf, then so is EUROO7. I nominate Clophiroth as their naive, rookie packmate.
A free tie is when two people can be lynched and even if they are both villagers the wolves will be no closer to parity, in terms of days, than if only one villager had been lynched.Free tie? And that makes sense, but I was following the last game before I joined this one and people said that the one guy, Aedan I think, couldn't be a wolf because he wouldn't go out of his way to save a packmate like people said. If I had that reputation, I could see myself loudly protecting a packmate one game to get people off my trail. Either way, your defense makes sense and I'll look elsewhere for now.

As to last game, I believe what you are referring to was when there was only wolf left and Aedan not only defend Dutchguy but claimed that he had a special role which Dutchguy confirmed, thus totally different circumstance than the current position of this game.
Things that are wrong with this:
1) You say Aedan sniped to save Cody, hence wolf. However we know nothing of the allegiance of Cody, so why would that be wolfish (especially considering the current setup). Furthermore if you really want to pursue this avenue, then we first have to lynch Cody, no? If Cody turns out baddie then we lynch Aedan, bu this is like jumping over a step. This would be even more self evident move as obviously you found Cody suspect yesterday, why switch?
2) Aedan blatantly saving a packmate is a simple no. He is notorious for throwing packmates under the bus at the slightest pressure on them to gain cred. That just doesn't fit his character.
3) What Aedan also mentions below, is that you assume that without Wagon snipe we could have only lynched villager. I know you've now corrected it, but somehow your whole post screams of insider information. To me at least.
Well this is the basic problem with these sorts of arguments. You might think that a person wouldn't do something if they were a baddie, but they also know you think they wouldn't do it. So, they feel that they can do it anyway.
