So I vote the exact same as I do every game, and I get 4(!!!) votes when no one else has more than 1. You lot are either retarded or wolves. Lord_D is the worst of the bunch for putting the last vote on my bandwagon, so-
Unvote Arrowfiend Vote Lord_D
Since apparently my standard vote hit several people's stupidity blind spots.
So mindless bandwagoning doesn't constitute better candidates than someone easily driven up without reason? Right, totally sensible. Either lazy villager who doesn't want to move their vote, or wolf not wanting to support potential cases against a packmate. How not to get lynched, chapter 1.0.1.
"Insult every player voting you as much as you can. That should definately get you out of trouble."
Chapter 1.0.2
"Get lynched"
Nothing against you, but nothing against anyone else either. My vote stays.
So mindless bandwagoning doesn't constitute better candidates than someone easily driven up without reason? Right, totally sensible. Either lazy villager who doesn't want to move their vote, or wolf not wanting to support potential cases against a packmate.
This. Insulting other players when ever the opportunity is there is the third commandment.I remain constant in my belief that the first commandment of werewolf survival is: Find a better lynch
The second commandment might be: Don't be so obviously a villager the wolves hunt you, but I'm still working on that
This. The best defense is a good scapegoating.I remain constant in my belief that the first commandment of werewolf survival is: Find a better lynch
The second commandment might be: Don't be so obviously a villager the wolves hunt you, but I'm still working on that
By how much are they retarded? And where are their point of origin? Are their retarded time measurable?I don't think he had anything against you pointing out a bandwagon, I think he had something against the fact that you called players "retarded" over doing so.
So mindless bandwagoning doesn't constitute better candidates than someone easily driven up without reason? Right, totally sensible. Either lazy villager who doesn't want to move their vote, or wolf not wanting to support potential cases against a packmate.
Aedan also happens to be completely correct, even if he does have an abrasive way of going about saying it.For what it is worth, I think Aedan would be a bad Day 1 lynch:
He has already spilled out tons of text, mentioning some but not other players. This can then be analyzed on future days for signs of wolfishness or villagerishness in light of other player's roles.
They really aren't bandwagons at this point. I believe that the top three voted players are sitting somewhere around 2-3-4 at this point, so to say that one player has a bandwagon (which I'm taking to mean either developing a significant lead over any other opposition or recently and rapidly acquired a relatively large proportion of the votes) just seems wrong to me. Nobody is significantly in the lead, we're still fairly early into the day, and the likelihood is that another candidate will be proposed somewhere along the line that will be lynched ahead of whatever candidates we currently have. With all candidates within three votes of each other (I don't believe that anybody has more than 4 votes), we really can't say that there is a bandwagon. For all that, I sympathize with not wanting to be in the lead on votes.vote Rovsea
- I dont like either of these bandwagons
The only feasible "bandwagon" so far is the already disbanded bandwagon on Aedan earlier in the day.He who votes against bandwagons should see to it that he himself doesn't start a bandwagon.
Not sure when blind bandwagoning on Day 1 became accepted. Yes day 1 doesn't have information to analyse, but standards have really fallen far if putting four votes on a single candidate before anyone else has more than a single vote is now perfectly normal and not worthy of any sort of response. Contrary to what the more simpleminded of you claim it has nothing to do with the votes being on me specifically, but the "reasoning" behind them and the number of them. And stop whining about me "insulting" people. When people do stupid things, I'm going to call them on it. To protect everyone's actions and claim that all arguments are equally valid is pure stupidity and has no place in werwolf.
You ask for a case no matter how minor, Daffius, but then go on to immediately say that bandwagon votes don't count. I'm not demanding that you change, or even that this is wolfish in and of itself. But if you're going to continue to push the blind bandwagon on me, don't lie and say you'll consider other options while dismissing them in the same breath.
Case against me: Zip, nada, nothing. Putting down my standard day 1 vote and "insulting" others is not a case.
Case against Lord_D/Sleepyhead: Putting votes on a caseless candidate that push him much higher than any other candidate (fourth vote when nearest others at 1, and fifth vote when nearest candidate has 2 respectively).
Though at this point I'm expecting to be lynched anyways, because recently it seems once stupidity starts a cascade of votes against me, it's hard to remove it, and players dig in deeper when I point out how stupid it is. I miss the days where a massive bandwagon on a player for nonexistent reasons put the spotlight on the bandwagoners rather than the bandwagoned.
