How is having people to register to vote democratic? Just do it automatically; otherwise there will be people who don't get registered who might want to vote when election day comes. Or people might stay home who would have voted if they just automatically got an election card.
And the electorial college is rather undemocratic given that the electors can vote as they choose and change their vote with no consequences---and potentially elect a third guy to president though that probably will never happen.

And using dead people ought to speak for itself why that is problematic.

I haven't voted for most of the day since I have been watching the Tour de France. When transmission started there wasn't really much voting---and I have been yelled at for using an algorithm, so I have stopped doing that and wait until later on day 1 now; have done so for the last few games---and while I did post during transmission it wasn't much and mainly in the Tour de France thread.

And this isn't a revenge vote; I was making a TIE.

Huh. I haven't noticed that you've stopped with the algorithm.

Not sure that waiting until late in the day to vote is a good strategy for a villager, though. It basically means you give the wolves more opportunity to choose the targets and merely ratify their choice.


I'm also thinking this is the perfect sort of day for a late day vote switch (for selfish reasons, admittedly, but good ones as well). Everyone's been too content to let their votes stand where they are.

Right.

So Arky's in the lead, and most of the votes on him are from reasonably active players while mine are from people who are barely talking at all. So if I propose a vote switch, most of the changes made would ultimately come at my expense, which makes me less likely to want to try it, even if in the abstract it would have a salutary effect.


So here's my theory. If Arky is good, I'd be inclined to go after tonka. He made the third vote/revenge vote combination which really seems suspicious (though on the other hand, if Arky's a wolf, it's relatively clearing). He'd still be the likely target of my vote switch if I had to choose. That or one of the people presently voting me.

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions?
