I believe we can't say we have "nothing" on everybody but GuG. Every time somebody mentions something, votes or does anything we get tiny nuggets of info.

Of course we continuesly gain information on other people, but I think this is the by far best case as nothing much has emerged on everybody else yet.

Anyways, since nobody else seems to be asking the relevant question: how would you know he has full inbox? PMing a packmate, eh? And now that he's compromised you try to get as much out of it as you can?

randy was talking about that Ark maybe compromised himself by posting too shortly after the PMs out post; he turned out to not have posted for 4 hours, but that discussion made me remember to check everybody's PM box and GUG was a positive.

How? Unless you think the seer PM filled up Arkasas' PM box and the wolves noticed that I don't see how not sending PMs to villagers could have given away Arkasas. Speaking of which: GreatUberGeek has a full PMbox!

Self-preservation, and with a seer dead I'm not so sure that a three-way tie is good for the village.

Of course a tie isn't good for the village, but it's crucial that we keep the votes as close as possible during the day.

We don't have a Seer so we need to squeeze every bit of information we can out of what we do have, the votes. So we have to endeavour to make each vote count. Giving a wolf the choice between a guy with 7 votes already and a bunch with 1 vote is a no-brainer for them, which does not help us.

So keep the tie as long as possible.

Yes, I am saving him for now. We work well together and he is less wolfy than the others at this point in time. If he starts smelling furry I'll let you know.

Why do you prefer him over GUG. As far as I know the case against Rovsea is that he is active, was an active wolf last game and hasn't been particularly active before, but he has claimed to have changed to a more active play style...
GUG on the other hand had a full PM box and he cannot be seer.

I presume you are speaking of Cyms? Why do you think him less wolfy that say Rovs?

There are relatively decent reasons to vote for either of the other candidates for a day 1 vote.

I've been told in the past that I can not say the reason for this in game threads because it is not 'verifyable'. Lets just say it's much easier to communicate in "real time" instead of once every 60 seconds in a post, and much easier to read someone when they can "mis-speak" and not edit.

OK, so correct me if I'm wrong: the main cases so far seem to be GUG having had a full inbox (maybe significant, though I can't imagine a wolfpack in a Lite game sending that many PMs) and Rovsea maybe acting a bit wolfish (which I could see being true).

I'm willing to go with that second one.

Fair enough - and you can say you two talk outside the chat/forums. Just don't expect everybody to take at the face value any claims you may or may not find via that route.
