Name-calling. That'll get you places, kid.

I have it on good authority that one's supposed to make a page-long rant filled with so much hilarity that all one's potential voters will break out in laughter and roll on the floor, upon which obviously they will be unable to type in their switch.

You should only rant if you're up to the job. They are not for the weaker among us.

@wombat it was intended as such.

Also, just for the record, those of you who are voting me are certifiable idiots.

Then make a better case. I doubt I'll be online forever but I'm listening.

edit: good, Marty has activated. Now if only Tamius & others followed suit. And slight nitpick - Najs could still be another wolf where Wagonlitz just thought he'd trade his alibi currency of Hazbot to Najs. He did snipe away from him when it looked like tie situation. But yeah, I find more likely that Najs is villager at this point.

Why not? The seer is dead, there is no more mathematical value in prolonging the number of days. Quite simply, if we have a two-way tie, we lynch two potential suspects for every 1 villager the wolves hunt. If we single lynch, we only lynch one potential suspect for every villager the wolves hunt. That's pure mathematics. We maximise our chances at lynching all good suspects if we go for ties.
I'm reposting this for the new page because I really believe it bears thinking about. I reckon most people don't consider the sheer mathematical advantage a tie has in this scenario in a game.

Do we have the numbers to sustain it?

10 players. A two-way tie of two villagers - two more single-lynch days to parity. A single lynch of a villager today - still two more single-lynch days to parity.

Yes, in short.
Well, that's all you had to say.

I don't think Tamius is the right man to hang along with Wombat, however.

We do have of course the free tie left. It's not penultimate day yet but I'm not sure that tie would be bad idea today.

Aedan. He's done nothing for the village this game. Then, a good bit behind, EUROl and Skobelev. I could also be wrong in my assessment of Marshall and Najs. I'm firm about Audren being essentially cleared. Obviously Rovs is a no-go.

I'd be ok with Aedan. Until he wakes up and changes my mind, of course.

I believe Aedan is not only waking but is probably already monitoring the thread. The thing is in my experience he doesn't tend to do much until if and when he gets put in danger, then he magically appears in the thread. Although normally he would've said a bit more than he has so far in this game, and from what I garner he's became more proactive recently in general.

Anyway, I'm off to gym.

Ok, let's end the little talk of putting votes on me. I have not done "nothing". I made a case on Rovsea day 2, an incorrect one, but a case none the less. For the rest of the day I wasn't in a position to respond, which prevented me from having an influence on the lynch. Day 3 the outing came before my vote. However I still gave a short post on how wagonlitz as a wolf spoke in favour of Audren, while against Najs to a degree.

For the wolves, I'm thinking the group of Deathbywombat, Najs, Marty, and Tamius most likely contains the last two wolves. Audren fits really poorly with Wagonlitz, Euro's been acting villager like, Skobelev voted Hazbot and has been sensible, and Rovsea's JL (apparently Marshall is too, I don't recall that though). Deathbywombat tried to go after Audren today, which is a rather poor case I think, and the case against him was not unreasonable enough to have him call his voters idiots. Something feels off about his reaction. Najs has gotten rather little attention for wagonlitz sniping to save him day 2. Besides the case already mentioned on Marty, I don't like his attempts to go for secondary candidates, it seems like he's working with Deathbywombat even. Tamius has been quiet and unremarkable (pot, kettle all that).

I like Deathbywombat and Marty best as candidates, they even fit well together.

Vote Deathbywombat

aedan is of course right. we need to lynch wombat, and if we don't lynch wombat, it has to be marty.

Aedan, what are your thoughts on a tie today.

Not my style. Oh well...

Then make a better case. I doubt I'll be online forever but I'm listening.

Once a suspicion is planted by our resident deep thinkers, it's not going to be shaken. The people have spoken, and they are wrong. We have two wolves with incentive to kill me, and we have a village with the collective intellect the size of an electron and a JL with possibly even less mental capacity. Doubt I'm getting out of this one, and I don't feel like spending 3 hours banging my head against a wall testing the point. Maybe if I were a wolf, I would owe it to my pack to give saving my skin a whirl (see last big for an example), but as a villager I have no incentive to help anyone any more than I have to if the village want to play the derpity-derp game.

On the off-chance that people will look at my posts after I'm dead, however...

So let's go with EURO and marty's assumption that Audren is clean. That leaves 4 on my list: Aedan/tamius/marty/Najs, assuming my assessment of skobie and EURO is correct and Marshall is actually JL. Both tamius and aedan have done precisely nothing for the village. Still don't know marty's playstyle well enough to analyze him correctly - leaning villager, but not 100% sure of that by any stretch.

Then there's Najs, and the wagon switch off him on day 2. Actually, Najs as a wolf does make a good deal of sense. Voted Audren day 1, Ike day 2, and did nothing day 3 either way. Add to that my gut feeling about his post from day 2, and the fact that Wagon switched off him and buried a wolf with his vote instead of letting a tie stand. Now he's voting marty when literally everyone else is piling on to me - maybe as an alibi vote when the inevitable lynch on me goes south?

Unvote tamius23
Vote Najs

Anyway, I'm going to say the last 2 wolves are in these 3: Aedan/tamius/Najs. All have terrible voting records; all have done little to nothing to assist the village.

As an aside, where is Rovsea? He's the only cleared for certain member among us, correct? His voice would be invaluable.

Anyway, if you need me, I'll be in the Big. Good luck, village, as you may need it.

Why is everyone assuming that I'm in the JL? I'm not in the JL you furry idiots, and I can prove it. After all, why else would Rovsea do the outing while I was online that night at deadline?
