You do raise good points, but I feel I should put up a defence anyway. As I said last game, my style is for the first couple of days only respond if someone directly adresses me, or I feel I have something unique to add. (Later I post my thoughts regardless.) While, yes I wasn't a fan of the cases on Jackson, or Wagon, I also didn't mind if it was them, even though I would have preferred it not to have been. And when I did my vote, that was the earliest I came to the forum after the vote switch happened, (engrossed with American Truck Simulator, and Conclave) and I thought Ike was as good a candidate as we were going to get, and I didn't know it was invalid till I saw the count.
May I just say before we go back to the game, what a pleasure and a privilege it is to play with such a superlative werewolf player as ours, Gen. Skobelev.
@DaHaterz: You must understand there are bigger roles to play. Your role is observatory. Mine is predatory. Not in the... wolf... way... rather the crypto-prosecutorial gets in your face and licks you... predatory.
@skobelev A fine job. Though odd that you don't pursue your case on the Audren-Ike Connection. It's so clear to me in your post. This follows:
Vote Ike
IF you listen to this guy you are guaranteed to vote out another good lawyer.
This guy is clearly corrupt and wants all the monies for himself.
I've been recently taking some courses on administrative law and I can concur that most lawyers would benefit from additional jail time. Best part was when the lawyer said "it doesn't matter [in the case of social benefits claim] if the claim is refused or accepted as long as the justification for doing it can be derived from law".
What a fascinating and compelling defense. Anyone who thought of voting you will surely be dissuaded by this stunning piece of rhetoric and logic.IF you listen to this guy you are guaranteed to vote out another good lawyer.
Andd when I did my vote, that was the earliest I came to the forum after the vote switch happened, (engrossed with American Truck Simulator, and Conclave)
Yes, that too. (That colour is horrible on here.)Just wait until XCOM 2 comes out on Friday![]()
The connection between me and Ike seems too obvious because it is too obvious. At that time I was convinced that Wagon was the only one run up with even some sort of case, and I will always prefer to lynch somebody with a halfway decent case than one without. Had Jackson not exploded in the votes or Ike climbed higher, I would of course have switched to save myself without hesitation.
Well, you might be asking yourself why I backed off so quickly. See last game. What a fascinating and compelling defense. Anyone who thought of voting you will surely be dissuaded by this stunning piece of rhetoric and logic.
I'm still thinking Rovsea's the most suspicion, from his odd fixation on his case on Wagonlitz and the fallout in relation to Audren. His response to my posts today make him seem worse, since he defaulted to aggressive defense when I hadn't voted him, and backed off as soon as I pointed that out. Seems like a wolf trying to keep votes off him more than a villager trying to find wolves.
Vote Rovsea
I feel a bit suspicious about Tamius, due to even more inactivity them me, if I'm correct.

I see that you're trying to apply pressure yourself. Well, had you checked last game, you would have found that myself and aedan fixated somewhat on each other when we should have been finding wolves to kill. Becoming too suspicious of somebody can actually be a bad thing, because if you're wrong, then you end up wasting a lot of time and effort. I've seen that in some of aedan's past games, Wagon is somewhat known for fixating on people, and to be honest, I probably did so as well last game (and quite probably in other games). Do I think that aedan is wolfish? No. Do I find Audren somewhat suspicious? Yes, because something about his behavior struck me as off, and as clearly as I could identify it it was his reaction to EURO, which aedan has criticized. I see that Skobie has also isolated some aspects of Audren's behavior thus far that seem off. I went back just a bit to view Audren's fleshing out of Wagon's case, to use EURO's words, and it seems that it is weaker given that Jacksonian is a villager. I will say this, upon review of that part of the thread, what strikes me most is Audren's insistence that Jackson was a wolf, and that his "meltdown is characteristic of his wolf play" ( Audren p20 #383). I honestly don't think that this is something that Audren would do as a wolf. It draws a lot of attention to him, before the result of the vote is seen. In addition, there's really no need to do so if you already know Jackson's role, and I don't think he'd try and build a case on Wagonlitz as a wolf that was somewhat depndent on Jacksonian turning up wolf (which a wolf would know wouldn't happen). I've sort of been thinking out loud here as I go back through the thread just a bit (not soething I do as often as I should). Primarily, I think what did most stand out to me is that Audren went from, in post 395 (again on p.20) maybe EURO being assertive is just something that he does, we don't know yet, he hasn't been this active in a while to It's probably just a trait of his, which felt like a packmate covering another packmate to me. In retrospect, the language clearly isn't that extreme, and it's not super indicative one way or the other.No. You only replied to half his post and even then leave your defense up to our willingness to check last game. Make an actual defence.
Unvote EURO

I expect to be on later, but just in case I'm not, a relatively interesting vote.
Vote EURO
I asked him what made him change his vote. The first two switchers were obvious, both self-preservatory. Wagonlitz, not so much. And again, would you repeat the case on Wagonlitz? Anyways, what made you decide immediately that Ike wasn't good lynch target when he got into lead? And if the connection between you isn't real, what do you make out of fact that Najs popped up to question Wagonlitz voting Ike while otherwise remaining under radar?
While Wagonlitz would be a decent lynch, I personally believe there could be a great deal to learn from lynching Ike. After all, he was the center of a switch that crumbled as quick as it arose. This would of course assume that at least one or two Ike-voters were wolves who decided to bail when it got too hot. I like it for now. We've yet to determine if EURO's assertiveness is a wolf trait or a EURO trait. This can be determined by lynching Wagon. Whether my escaping a lynch is notable is further supported by the other candidates voted yesterday being villagers, which can be ascertained by lynching Wagon. Whether Rovsea's interactions with Wagon are wolfish can be supported by lynching Wagon.
VOTE WAGONLITZ
This is a huge and strange past. You sound like you're on amphetamines. Not that there's a problem with that, but I don't think you actually are. But do use paragraphs. This stream of consciuosness thing makes you sound panicky, and it's not quite late enough in the day for a villager to be worried about that.I see that you're trying to apply pressure yourself.
