Why have we transferred to a type of Werewolf where people will tell the wolves they're important goodies when they start feeling a little bit of pressure?

There have always been people who under pressure yields and reveal their role; has happened at least for as long as I have played.

I must agree with Jackson on this. There were better ways to save yourself that did not include scuttling your role.

This. Contacting a couple people per PM would have been much better.

Also, marshall, might want to call for a seer to contact you, so that you can put him in touch with a cleared villager, if he exists.

That assumes two rather critical things: A that there is a seer which there might well not be. And B that the seer is online which also is questionable with how late deadline is. The seer could well have gone to sleep. On the other hand there are 4 wolves so there is a much greater chance on is on to contact him. Plus the warlock might also try to contact him.

I have been thinking that too; I think this is legit sadly though.

The GA should (and will) have contacted him, blowing a JL due to a 1/17th chance of someone being a warlock is retarded. As for him being on; seeing how many people are still posting, that's a distinct possibility and not a risk I'd take as a wolf or warlock.

You are missing that there might well not be a seer; or he might not be online. As you know it is almost half past midnight here in Europe; if he is European it is not unreasonable that he has gone to bed.

Yeah, there's presumably three people who could contact me. TBH it's all a moot point anyway though, but it's interesting to see Wagon try and prevent the forming of a JL.
