To be fair, with such low turnouts here, maybe we could petition to move back? Scrap lites (or only have them here), but ask to have big games in the OT?

That might actually be an idea. Now I'd be sad to lose lites, so they indeed should continue here if they can't be moved to, but yes there's not much doubt that it'd probably benefit from being moved back to OT. The biggest problem is that we're quite invisible to newcomers.
It's nice that we agree for once. Lites are a bit of a lost cause at the moment, so I think we should keep them here and only ask for that one thread in the OT (our big game). It would probably bring new people here as well, so that would be a boost for lites.
Going to wait for a few more opinions to come in, then I'll message Blade! about this idea.
We probably should have a link to this sub forum and an explanation about lites existing in a separate post at the start of the game---i.e. the GM should post that just after the roster or something like that. Said post should probably also contain a link to this thread so that people know where things are planned.
Perhaps also the bar, but that's way less important and could well be omitted.

I think it would be a good move for Werewolf to migrate back to the OT. However, this leaves us with the question: Does this help Resistance become the dominant force here or does it actually move to the OT alongside WW?

There are many similarities. The largest differences between werewolf and mafia is the original purpose of the cultist, as far as I'm aware (forget exactly what that was), but in recent years werewolf and mafia groups have played more or less identical games. Terminology is the greatest leading divider left in werewolf/mafia. It's worth noting that we're pretty different, generally speaking, from other werewolf/mafia sites.

I'm split. On the one hand, Lites have always been my favorite part of Werewolf. Continuing in that vein, I don't want to attract trolls, or alienate contentious people on accident (remember when some outsiders came in, and the disaster that caused?). However, I'd like the chance to welcome some newer players in, and continue this grand tradition we call Paradox Werewolf in a livelier setting. All told, I will still be playing either way, but... I think I would like to give moving a Big game to OT a shot.
