Seriously, this is how we drive people away, and making up banned lists because they don't post 300 times a game is absurd. DoA in previous games has been active, but sometimes real life gets in the way of playing a small, online game off of a Swedish forum. I will never ban people from my games unless they either break the rules of the forum or if they directly go against the spirit of Werewolf. What a terrible idea.
I don't really see the point of such list. GMs can already use their discretion in accepting players in. And public shaming (well, if one is well-known zombie it's already public knowledge with or without list) is more likely to drive people away than make them step up their game.
Of course people can use such lists in games they themselves GM and others might agree to adhere to ban same players as other GM. So sure, Tornadoli can make a list of people he bans from his games.

I think we do have somewhat of a tendency to try to cajole people into joining when they unfortunately lack the time and interest to do so. That said, if you do sign up to join, I would think you're at least committing to putting down a vote every day, at bare minimum (granted that there are extenuating circumstances for many missed votes), and I can see why it's frustrating for a GM (and for the players) to deal with other players who don't manage to do even that much. I'm fine with GMs deciding whom they want and don't want in their games, as long as they're reasonable about it.
I fully support GMs taking initiative to clamp down on known zombies, since players failing to vote often has detrimental effects on games, without even taking into account the issue of autolynching and subbing. That said, it's up to each individual GM to enforce their own rules, so any "zombie ban list" that is created should not be considered to be binding.

This. Is nothing wrong with GM denying admission to someone they don't think can play the game properly. Keeping a list on the other had just ensure anybody who gets put on it never wants to play again.
This is why we need the shadowy cabal of Game Masters working behind the scenes away from plebian eyes.

I'm in no particular rush and I don't particularly care which one I get. I'm busy enough with the chess tournament that I'd be fine holding off for another game.

Give an OP goodie role to a strong player of goodie roles and yeah, there's no reason to expect anything different.
That reminds me, I need to update that history.
Ah, the Caliph... yes, that was sadly when WW goodies peaked. They'll never have it that good again.
Yeah, making my list was pretty straightforward, but updating one you haven't done in a long time (in the case of some people here) or making a new list from scratch (as in EURO's case) can be fairly difficult. I was up to the challenge though. Are you?
