Precisely. If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.
To be immaterial is a terrible thing.

Rule suggestion: If two or more packs are present in a game, once a pack consists of at least half of all remaining players (i.e. parity is reached), that pack wins.
Counter suggestion: no. Indeed. And especially given how it often is random how the different packs are harmed initially.Counter suggestion: no. Wolves often have traits that allow them to outkill even a numerically superior pack, if they know what they're doing.
Firstly it is very very rarely that the goodies actually would have been able to still win with perfect play when parity strikes (I can only think of one example in the 2.5 years I have played) and secondly it is very ingrained that wolves will win at parity. So do goodies often. What if there are two goodie assassins left for instance?

With regard to a decimated pack then that can very well come back since firstly they most likely will have traits, secondly they will control hunts and be very likely to hunt wolves from the other pack, and thirdly the weak pack and the villagers will try to lynch the strong pack instead of the weak one.
No, since pack A is not sure to win. Say pack B hunts that night. One man from pack A is very likely to be run up. The rest of A may or may not run up somebody else and create a TIE, but it could well be that only one from A dies. B hunts somebody from A (very likely) and now it is 1 A, 1B, and one or 2 villagers. But once it gets to e.g. 3 of pack A, 2 villagers and 1 from pack B, it's ridiculous to go on and needlessly drags the game on.
